With maya i usually just run the left and right skill trees, zer0 i usually do b0re and more focused on guns and sniping then melee, and gaige the usual anarchy build. She has a few sniper-friendly skills and it gives you a great overview of the battlefield so you can more easily prioritize either healing teammates or controlling enemies.TL;DR: Tossing up between Maya and Zer0 for 2-3 man playthrough.
