Ff14 act update.

Oct 4, 2019 · I just downloaded a windows 10 update, and when starting the game again my ACT overlay now no longer appears when i hit my toggle button while in fullscreen in FFXIV. Not sure if there is a setting I should be looking for in ACT or Windows.. or neither.. or both. I have no idea. Very frustrating. I think I'm just going to have to reset ... I have googled myself into exhaustion. Every fix i read about isn't working for me. On ACT it says its working. it says "log active". I go to plugins>FFXIV settings, under parse settings it's set to network and when i hit test connection it says successful, its connected and everything is hunky-dory. I am having an issue where ACT will just stop working after about 30 mins. When i attempt to check the FFXIV connection I get that the firewall rule needs to be repaired.
