No, most new EA games on Steam use EA app. So you need a DLC unlocker for EA app, not Steam. And yes, I made one too. BTW, you don't have to use my Updater. I used a modified cream_api.ini and a steam_api64.dll from a different game (Tekken 7) that already had unlocked all dlcs and copied it over to the assetto corsa competizione folder that has the steam_api64.dll file in it.
